Anu and Taz’s wedding was a beautifully structured two-part celebration, beginning with a traditional Anand Karaj ceremony at the Gurdwara, followed by a wedding reception at a separate venue. Our role focused on seamless coordination across both locations, ensuring timelines were adhered to and every transition felt calm and considered.
At the reception, we worked closely with venue staff and suppliers to manage timings, oversee décor setup, and ensure the space was ready exactly when needed. From allowing the décor team sufficient setup time to handling personal requests with care – including safely washing and returning the bride’s Vera Wang cake knife set to her car after the cake cutting — every detail was managed thoughtfully and discreetly.
A standout moment was watching the bride slip into her trainers, which had been carefully placed under her table earlier in the evening by our team, and dance the night away – relaxed, present, and fully enjoying the celebration. It was a perfect reflection of what thoughtful planning allows: ease, joy, and space to truly celebrate.
