Priyanka and Bally’s celebration unfolded over two days, beginning with a traditional wedding, followed by a reception at a separate venue. With multiple locations and events to manage, our role focused on maintaining continuity, clear timelines, and a smooth transition between each part of the celebration.
We travelled with the event to the reception venue – a striking architectural space that provided a beautiful canvas for décor and styling. Working closely with an experienced supplier team, we coordinated setup, timings, and on-the-day logistics to ensure the venue was transformed seamlessly and ready to welcome guests.
A standout moment was presenting the couple with their personalised cocktails – something they had been eagerly anticipating. Seeing their excitement in that moment captured exactly why thoughtful planning matters: it’s the small, intentional details that often become the most memorable.
